Military Motorcycle Saftey Training Having a Positive Impact

According to the DoD, 'off-duty vehicle crash fatalities' have dropped for 2009. This is good news, but they cannot relax now as there are still too many of our service-members dying in accidents which proper training would have at least made less severe. This is at least proof that the training is working, now they just need to make sure everyone receives the training!
