Herve Poncharal is very well-known to MotoGP fans as the team boss for Monster Tech 3 Yamaha, but he is also the IRTA representative on the Grand Prix Commission. Needless to say, he is a very busy guy. He took time out, during the GP summer break, for an interview with David Emmett.
