Alan Duffus Will NOT Face Jail Time fo Fatal Accident

The 62-year-old Duffus was convicted of dangerous driving after he hist and killed 67-year-old grandma Senga Elder in Auchtermuchty, Fife, U.K. Instead of serving jail time, he will have to serve 240 hours of community service and will be banned from driving for 10 years. His racing buddy in the accident, Grant Whyte (22), will serve six years and also be banned from driving for 10 years. Not everyone was happy about this result as Duffus has been involved in a similar incident twice before.
