Neil Hodgson Looks to Return to BSB Series in 2010

It may be the end of his career as well, but he always said that he wanted to finish it out in Britain. SO, since the Corona Honda team folded, he has been in the U.K. talking with many different teams about a return to action in British Superbike for 2010.

What Will Happen With AMA/DMG Pro Racing in 2010?

Well, that is the US64,000 question, isn't it? Honda has pulled out, Mladin has retired, no TV rights have been agreed to yet and we have only a few riders under contract for next year's series...Looks like DMG really messed this up. Someone, please tell them that motorcycle racing is not NASCAR!

Bad Move for Honda - They Will Exit AMA Pro Racing

I cannot say that I blame them given the circumstances; AMA Pro Racing is very different from any other national motorcycle racing series in the world. However, I do not applaud the way they have parted ways with the Corona team and Neil Hodgson. It would be better for them to continue supporting them, but do it at less than a factory level - many manufacturers have done this before. The current ownership of the AMA Pro Racing series needs to seriously re-consider its current path, though. They are loosing many fans...
