Excessive noise from motorcycle exhausts can cause many cagers to cringe - of course, they don't go after the 'import tuner' or the 'diesel Dodge' crowd who are just as load and are more numerous than us. (Reason: numbers, plain and simple; politicians know that motorcyclists only make up about 5% of the population here.) In Rye, New Hampshire, police set up a checkpoint to test motorcycles for noise, and only seven were cited for sound in excess of 106 decibels (that's load, but it all depends on the test the police used as to how accurate it is).

Motorcycle Noise - An Issue Which Motorcyclists Need to Address
Dirico Motorcycles Riding Impression
You may or may not have heard of this New Hampshire customizer, but you have certainly heard of at least one owner, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith. They have three different H-D based machines with some unique and eye-catching styling.
