Scholarship Now Available for Marshall University OHV Recreation Management Course

The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) and the Specialty Vehicle Institute of America (SVIA) are working together to make this scholarship available to people who wish to study OHV Management. The course was designed by the National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (NOHVCC). Four separate course make up the program, but two remain to be developed.
