Gaining More Momentum - Add Motorcycles to 'Cash for Clunkers'

More and more stories about adding motorcycles to the 'Cash for Clunkers' government program have been popping up lately. I am doubtful that it will happen, especially given the Labor Day deadline now in place, but some on Capitol Hill are still working on getting two-wheeled vehicles to the program.
