Zero Motorcycles Releases Zero DS - Dual Sport

Zero Motorcycles has been producing some very interesting internal-combustion alternatives for some time now. Their latest line of the 'Zero' series (their old name was Electricross) have been taking the motorcycle press by storm. At the Laguna Seca round of the MotoGP series, it was even possible to take a test ride on one of their machines. (I missed it...like and idiot)

The frame is designed by Neal Saiki (founder of Zero Motorcycles) to be light and strong. Made of aircraft grade aluminum and built using CAD, they only weigh from 18 ~ 29 pounds - depending on the model. With their Z-Force technology, their motors are powerful, safe and environmentally safe. These machines are designed to be flogged anywhere you take them...or where they take you.

Most everyone who has taken one of their machines out to play with has come away very impressed. Even Jay Leno owns one...
