1936 BMW Schneekrad - Pre-War Snowmobile

I just had to post this once I saw it. There is only one image, but it is a decent photograph for pre-war Germany. There are no other technical details on the machine, unfortunately, but it certainly bears looking closely at it. It is something which may be lost to history...however, someone out there must know something about it...
