This post is all Yamaha. First off, there are more details on the Graves Yamaha contingency program now in place in the WERA Endurance series. It pays US$5000 to the winner of the Mediumweight Superbike Class, if you are on a Yamaha. The next Yamaha contingency program is the US$52,250 they have allocated for the top 3 finishers from the amateur to pro ranks in the AMA GNCC series - that consists of 10 classes paying contingency if you are riding a bike from the tuning fork company. Goos news for racers in need of extra cash - and who isn't!?!

Yamaha has decided that they want to increase their dealer network in the US by some 70%! They are after more sales, better service and improve inventory practices. They will be working with current dealers first - to expand the floorspace for Yamahas - then will look to adding dealerships where they are under-served.

Yamaha UK Launches Yamaha Winter Health Check Plus
It's a very good idea which would be nice to see in many other nations, but Yamaha U.K. only goes as far as the British Isles. The Yamaha Winter Health Check Plus will run from 7 December 2009 until 20 February 2010 at participating Yamaha dealers in the U.K. For only £79 (inc VAT) you get a 30-point Winter Check and a new oil filter and oil change - that's a good deal and will help with your peace of mind, too.
