These illustrations have been making their rounds on the web, so I figured that I should note it as well. This is not from Aprilia, but this is a possible look of the 2010 Aprilia Tuono which will be based on the new RSV-4.

A Streetfighter Shoot-out - Aprilia vs. Buell vs. Ducati
Since the release of the Ducati Streetfighter, there have been many comparison reviews between it and its competition. This version has it up against the Buell 1125CR and the 2009 Aprilia Tuono. Soon, though, at least part of this test will be useless as Aprilia will soon launch a RSV4- based Tuono. The outcome of this author's review may surprise you!

MSN (UK) Looks at the New Aprilia Tuono's Competition
With Aprilia soon to release the all new RSV-4 based Tuono very soon, MCN (UK) decided to have a look at the usual competitors in the naked sportbike category. Of course, the prices of these machines are not available in US dollars here, but the relative costs still apply. This is a short article but worth reading if you are into this style of machine.

Aprilia's Tuono...now with V4!
Those of us who have a passion for anything with two wheels often have preferences for certain types of motorcycles...I have developed a special place in my heart for so-called 'streetfighters' and I just cannot seem to stay away from them. (My current ride - the Brutale - is the epitome of standards.) However, Aprilia is also known for doing great things when taking a pure-bred sportbike engine and putting it into a bike you can ride sitting up (almost straight). The Tuono took the world by storm when it was first issued in 2002 (when the first limited 'R' model was introduced)...and even I have had a ride on a Factory model and came away very impressed.
For 2010, though, Aprilia will be putting a new engine into the bike - from the awesome, Cycle World 10 Best winning, jaw-dropping new RSV-4 - and making some other timely updates. Unfortunately, the details of the project are not yet available...but Motor Cycle News has some exclusive photos...have a look! (watch out for the drool on your keyboard.)
