Honda to Release Electric Motorcycle in Domestic Market

Looks like Honda is starting to gear up to take its flying wing logo onto electric-powered two-wheeled vehicles. They are releasing an electric motorcycle in Japan primarily for fleet operations, or corporate buyers.

Honda will likely expand production and sales if the first model sells well enough. Could you imagine an electric Goldwing!?! Instant torque and very smooth acceleration...nice to have on a touring rig, but the range...well, maybe they will make a hybrid...
