Department for Transport’s Safety Helmet Assessment and Rating Program Adds 25 Entries

The SHARP program tests helmets for strength and protection, then rates the helmets on a five star scale. It's a decent idea, but there are many standards to meet these days. At least some of them are getting more representative of the real world. The United Kingdom is really leading the world in motorcycle safety research, and we should all thank them for their good work.
