Two big pieces from the Aprilia World Superbike team. First up is a short piece on Max Biaggi and his work so far for the Aprilia team; it even has a few words from Leon Camier, his teammate.

Next, the Aprilia World Superbike team officially unveiled their colors yesterday. I did post an article on the event, but that dealt with the sponsorship and the plans - this new post has photos! So, take your time and click away...

Karl Harris has manged to get himself on a team for the BSB Superstock 1000 series. It was a very last-minute deal and it took some work on the part of his team and himself, but they will be fielding an Aprilia in the BSB series for 2010. This group did win a title about six years ago, so they have the experience and knowledge to make it work. Keep and eye on Harris in 2010.

Wednesday Morning Moto News - Aprilia WSBK & Karl Harris
Karl Harris is Convinced He will be Riding in British Superbike in 2010
Harris did not have the best racing year in 2009 - he rode for three different teams and only managed 14th place in the overall standings. Since he has been Supersport champion, perhaps this was just a downturn and he will improve with practice over the off-season. It is no matter to him as he is convinced that he will be on the BSB grid in 2010.

Motorpoint Hendersons Yamaha to Start on Third Row at Croft
Tomorrow's British Superbike Championship races will have Chris Walker and Graeme Gowland starting in 10th and 9th positions, respectively. They fought hard to make the top 10 for the new qualifying system and managed to do well. Karl Harris and Dan Linfoot were not so lucky. Tomorrow will see if the YZF-R1 bikes they are riding will propel them further forward at the finish.

Hydrex Honda Lets Go of Karl Harris
This seems a bit harsh, but I am not a team manager (yet). Hydrex Honda has separated Harris from their British Superbike Championship team due to poor results recently - and a 137 point deficit between him and teammate Stuart Easton. Still...
