Honda is going for their 20th overall win at the event - and Kawasaki has brought in several former Honda riders and their own off-road miracle bikes to compete in the annual Baja 1000 race next weekend in Mexico and California. Kawasaki has a real chance of challenging the usually dominant Honda entry this year, and even KTM has a solid factory team in place to race in the world-famous desert race. So, for the first time in a long, long while, the competition is strong and it will be something well worth watching or attending - if you can!
