More Morning Moto News - Lloyd Brothers, Kawasaki ZX-10R & Z1000 Vs. Triumph Videos

A short press release from Lloyd Brothers Motorsports has informed us that they will retain the sponsorship of American Agip as their title sponsor for the 2010 AMA Grand National Dirt Track series. This is excellent new for the team who was hoping greatly for this continued support. For a short bit of detail, take the link.

The Kawasaki ZX-10R video has the guys at MCN (UK) out testing the 2010 model against the 2009 version in their usual speed tests. It's a riot and looks like they had way too much fun! Go and enjoy...

In our next video feature from MCN (UK), they take the all new 2010 Kawasaki Z1000 up against the Triumph Speed Triple. For the first time, according to the piece, Kawasaki has provided them with something to really challenge the Hinckley triple in a hard-charging competition. Have a look for yourself...

Old-School Video of Kawasaki Z1000 and Z1100R Testing in Japan

MCN (UK) brought this to my attention, and even they are not sure of the exact year of the video. But, they believe it could have been during the last decade of the 20th century. Either way, it is surely a fun video to watch!

First Ride: 2010 Kawasaki Z1000 + Video

The 2010 Kawasaki Z1000 is a rebirth, of sorts, for the super-naked from Team Green. In a previous life, it was a well-loved motorcycle, if under-powered a bit. The new model features more power, new bodywork, redesigned exhaust and some other subtle changes which move the Z1000 closer to what it should have been when first released. So, take a view and a listen and see what you think of the new-ish Kawasaki.

Another perspective on the sensational Kawasaki Z1000 from a US magazine. It is an awesome standard which costs the same as the ZX-6R, and it is worth every penny!

Kawasaki Europe Releases Video for 2010 Z1000

Apparently, according to MCN (UK), the PR people at Kawasaki here in the USA released a rather bland introduction video for the new 2010 Z1000. So, Kawasaki Europe has put out their own production and it is far superior in action and cinematography. Of course, it is a marketing video, so expect the usual hyperbole...

Kawsaki Updates Z1000 for 2010 + Versys First Look

The all-new 2010 Kawasaki Z1000 will certainly turn some heads. The styling is very angular and even European-looking - which, of course, is the main competitor in the 'naked' category. It also has a larger, and completely clean-sheet, engine which displaces 1043c.c. and a new frame which is said to make handling far superior to the previous incarnation.

The Versys has only received some updates and most of them are directed at smoothing out the engine vibes.
