AP Kawasaki to Run Three Ridersin BSB Support Classes

Although Kawasaki is not going to participate in the AMA Pro Racing series, but they will be helping AP Kawasaki in the British Superbike Championship support classes in 2010. The Carole Nash International Motorcycle & Scooter Show at the NEC in the U.K. is almost over - just one more day of festivities. However, the reports from the event are starting to come in. First, it was very well attended - more than expected - and there was plenty of excitement from manufacturers, distributors and the attendees. They even had the U.K. Get On! booth at the show, with a mobile unit full of training motorcycles. More as I see it...

New Norton Models Shown to Public at Carole Nash Show

These Norton models were rumored before, and I think we have even seen some press photos of one of them, but they were first displayed at the Carole Nash International Motorcycle & Scooter Show at the NEC in England. The show was awesome and maybe this was missed by some, but it sure should not have been missed. The Cafe Racer is my favorite of this pair, but I would like to see the red and gold on it...

Steve Alexander Wins £30,000 Carole Nash Old Skool Bobber

Of course, the presentation ceremony was held at the NEC, where the Carole Nash International Motorcycle & Scooter Show is being held now. Alexander entered a contest for the bike by getting an insurance quote from Carole Nash - he even signed up for the insurance since the quote was very good - and then, amazingly, he won it! A Norton NRS Takes 'Britain's Got Biking Talent' Title

Tony Haywood, and his Norton NRS, took the win at the yearly Britain's Got Biking Talent and was presented with the award at the Carole Nash International Motorcycle & Scooter Show at the NEC in England. It took him four years and £25,000 to get his Norton in the most perfect state possible. He enlisted Norton people from all over the world, including the new owner of the marque. It was a painstaking process and he was aptly rewarded for it!

The Carole Nash International Motorcycle & Scooter Show at the NEC on the English Isle will be starting this weekend. It's a huge end-of-year bash like no other. British Supercross, twice! And, now we hear that the Worx Crescent Suzuki BSB teammates Tommy Hill and Yukio Kagayama will be on hand on Thursday (26 November) at 14:00 and on Saturday at 11:00 (probably the most crowded). Really, there is no excuse to miss this show as it runs so long and so much is going on all the time. Have fun!

Ducati UK Announces New Model Line of Ducati Apparel

This is in addition - though not connected beyond the fact that the new clothes will also be available there - to the opening of the US online store. At the Carole Nash International Motorcycle & Scooter Show at the NEC in the U.K., local distributor, Moto Icon, will be selling the new 2010 line. There are several changes, some new items, and the revamped Ducati Corse range - which every Ducatisti is looking forward to - in the Italian threads. Yamaha to Have Big Showing at Carole Nash International Show

They may be leaving several racing series around the world and their profits are all but non-existent, but Yamaha will make a full go at it when the Carole Nash International Motorcycle and Scooter show starts at the NEC later this week. Yamaha will have on display several of their new machines along with Toseland's YZR-M1 and Spies' World Championship YZF-R1. Also, noted in this article is the Silverstone booth at the NEC - that is reason enough to attend the show. It appears that Suzuki will be answering several questions later this month. I suppose that Milan is not the place to show off serious off-road machines? In this short piece, we are informed of the events surrounding the Carole Nash International Motorcycle and Scooter Show which runs 27 November to 6 December 2009 at the NEC in Birmingham, U.K. Actually, there will be at least three major no-shows - Harley-Davidson, Honda and Ducati, believe it or not. I know that Ducati will be presenting a huge line-up at EICMA, so maybe these shows are just too close together for them and their budget. But, plenty more will be at the show including the new Norton with their 961 Commando and Cafe Racer Commando. Expect to see plenty of everything else and don't forget that the British Supercross Championship season begins during this show very nearby...

BMW Unveils 2010 R1200RT - R1200GS - R1200GS Adventure

BMW says that the new engines in the R1200 series are derived from their HP2 Sport, and it has been optimized for each model in which it resides. The new engine adds horsepower and torque to all three models and each one meets the new Euro 4 emissions standard. Many other items have been updated on all three machines, so expect even more of a good thing with the 2010 R1200RT, 2010 R1200GS and 2010 R1200GS Adventure models.
