They may have little choice as they have had constant labor problems and the world economy is still in turmoil. The labor problems are causing the company to halt orders at dealerships in India, thus loosing sales and money - at a time when every single penny counts. The previous labor dispute was worsened when police attacked the demonstrators. None of this makes Honda very happy, as it is tough to do business in that climate.
