Yamaha May Also Pull Out of World Supersport?

There is no confirmation of this, but the Yamaha Motor Italia is 'restructuring' and will let go ~66 employees from its 200 strong workforce. And, it is that shop which handles Yamaha's WSBK effort. It is odd to hear this - and the other Yamaha news about them pulling away from the AMA/DMG series - given that they have really dominated the world-wide championships - and they won the World Supersport crown this year, which is the very series they may withdraw from. But, money is money, and the economy has still not recovered, so they have to do what they have to do...
