Rumor Only: Indianapolis Motor Speedway Up for Sale?

I just found this while perusing my morning news - though, it does come from a blog - and was shocked to hear it. It is only a rumor now, but there is reason to believe the part about Tony George's situation as he resigned from the CEO position at IMS back in July.
